WARNINGS:

Angelica is NOT safe for pregnant people when taken orally, as it may cause uterine contractions. It is also not safe when breast feeding.

Angelica also causes the skin to be more sensitive to sunlight, so it is important to wear sunscreen outside if you are light-skinned.

According to drugs.com, "Poisoning has been reported with high doses of angelica oils," so it is best to avoid consuming large amounts of angelica at once.

Unconfirmed Risks:

According to Vitagene, "Preparations made with Angelica may be used by AMAB people to treat erectile dysfunction by topically applying it to the penis may cause unwanted side effects such as localized irritation, sporadic erectile dysfunction, excessively delayed ejaculation, burning, and mild pain." However, I haven't found enough sources stating this to confirm it.
